Michael serves as General Contractor for Townsend Kane and has over 60 years of experience as a builder.  From New York City originally, Michael built highrises and then moved to Tucson in the 1960s where he began an illustrious career as a developer.  He acts as senior counsel to the firm and provides a high level of oversight on all construction-related projects.

Michael earned a degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.  He proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard and has traveled the world.  Michael is an expert and collector of 18th-century pistols, does 20 pull-ups each day, and richly enjoys each day with his lovely wife Elizabeth.

Rob is the co-founder and CEO of Townsend Kane and has been investing in real estate for over 20 years.  Rob oversees the construction division with 20+ workers and subcontractors and applies a creative and innovative approach to investing in real estate.

Rob earned a degree in Finance from Baylor University in 1993 and has lived in Tucson ever since. He and his wife Jill have enjoyed almost 30 years of marriage and their passion has been raising their 5 children and spending quantity and quality time with their granddaughter!  Rob serves as a deacon at his local church and he and Jill actively participate in community outreach with a heart for the homeless and less fortunate.

Johnny serves as an Acquisition Specialist for Townsend Kane. Born and raised in Tucson, he loves his city, enjoys spending time with his family on and off the golf course, and is committed to finding solutions for people in need. Johnny’s favorite part of the job is coming along with those with a real estate dilemma, listening intently to their stories, and providing positive and beneficial outcomes so his customers can thrive again.  His servant nature and strong intellect help him with problem-solving in order to be the best advocate for his clients.

Johnny graduated from Colorado Christian University where he graduated with honors in business and competed for the men’s golf team.

Colin is co-founder and President of Townsend Kane and has been investing in real estate for over 20 years.  A native Tucsonan, Colin loves his hometown and has built an exceptional team of professionals who strive to bring creative solutions to complicated real estate problems.  He has purchased over 1,000 single-family homes with a total value in excess of $250m and manages the acquisition and disposition activity for the firm.

Colin earned his degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University graduating in 1994.  He and his wife Sacha have been happily married for over 28 years and have raised 4 amazing children and are enjoying a new season as grandparents!  He values travel experiences with family, playing pickleball/golf/tennis, and invests time and treasure in Tucson by supporting a local church and organizations that toil to improve and transform the community.

Sharon serves as Escrow Manager and Office Administrator for Townsend Kane.  Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Sharon served as branch manager and training director for the Credit Union of Texas for over 30 years.  She brings tremendous expertise to Townsend Kane and facilitates the closings of all assets and provides oversight to operations.

Sharon earned an undergraduate and graduate degree in business from Amberton University in Dallas, Texas. She loves the beauty and climate of Tucson since moving here in 2004 and can be found playing games or on early morning walks with her friends!

Sacha serves as Controller for Townsend Kane and manages the accounting for all operations including the rental portfolios.  With an eye for beauty and accuracy, Sacha offers design supervision in the construction field and applies fastidious oversight to the balancing of the books. 

Sacha studied at Baylor University, earned a bachelor’s of science degree from the University of Arizona, and is originally from Dallas, Texas.  Sacha and Colin have been happily married since 1995, have raised four kids, and have recently welcomed their first grandson!

Jacob serves as Dig Lead Coordinator for Townsend Kane and is responsible for making site visits and conducting field research.  He was born in Tucson and raised in the outskirts of Marana, loves spending time with his eight siblings and friends and enjoys many outdoor activities. Jacob is a creative talent and is passionate about using his artistic abilities to paint, play the piano, and to fix broken items of any kind!  He especially likes the process and challenge of problem solving as well as meeting new people and looks for ways of helping those he encounters.

Rogelio serves as Construction Superintendent for Townsend Kane and provides field oversight on all rehab projects.  Born in the US, Rogelio was raised in Mexico and came back to the states in 1999 where he has built a stellar reputation in the construction industry.  He is an effective leader, manages a team of 18 people, and takes great joy in restoring the integrity and beauty of neglected and broken houses.  

Rogelio mentors men through effective Biblical principles, volunteers in the marriage ministry of his church, and loves to play basketball.  He and his wife have three children.

Jill serves as Bookkeeper at Townsend Kane and also provides oversight for special construction projects.  She brings a joyful spirit to each job site and her enthusiasm is the needed spark to create progress.    

Jill earned a degree in communications from Baylor University and was born and raised in Houston, Texas.  She and Rob, her husband of almost 30 years, find their greatest joy being with their five children and granddaughter.

Mary Wambach serves as Design Consultant for Townsend Kane and is a long-time Tucsonan and University of Arizona alumni.

She enjoys the pursuit of beauty and leans into the countless details it takes to make a home both exquisite and functional. Every decision is important including colors, architecture, fixtures, landscape, hardscape, and even history and origin.

The finished product is the best reward and often brings admiration from both former and future homeowners!
