Gina serves as the exclusive property manager for Townsend Kane and is the founder and CEO of The Home Company. Gina has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has built expertise in property management, construction, and marketing. 

As a servant leader, Gina manages her staff with the highest level of integrity and believes that personal relationships are paramount to the success of any endeavor. Her inviting personality and attention to detail help her build trust with staff, clients, and tenants and ensure a successful experience for all she encounters.

Manny serves as Construction Manager for Townsend Kane.  He is responsible for creating a remodel scope for each property, procuring materials needed, obtaining bids from subcontractors, and ensuring that projects get 100% completed. Originally from Nogales, Arizona, Manny was a professional boxer for several years and worked as a personal trainer and coach.  Since 2018, he has been in the construction industry, is active in his local church and his greatest joy is being a father to his two daughters.

Leslie serves as Transaction Coordinator for Townsend Kane.  She is highly detail oriented, has a love for people and a heart for serving others.  Leslie oversees the acquisition, rental, and disposition process step by step to ensure deadlines are met and clients are completely satisfied.  She is bilingual, skilled at problem solving, and has a patient demeanor!

Prior to her career in real estate, Leslie served as a missionary in Pasadena, California and Dallas Texas where she ministered to the youth and young women.  

In her off time, Leslie loves spending time with her husband Cecil and two beautiful children and connecting with friends at church.
